Is the clean feed available for broadcasters?
There is no access at all to the clean feed at any time. This is a RWC rule and will not be changed. All broadcasters can only ever access the dirty feed.

What is the definition of the "tactical camera feed"?

The "tactical camera feed" is available to Rights Holding Broadcasters at broadcast compounds at most venues and also at the IBC as a rate card item. The feed will be available from 30mn prior to teams'entry to the stadium and will begin with abeauty shot of the field of play at the venue. As players enter the field, the Host Broadcaster will dissolve through to a tactical shot. This camera will be positioned on teh centre line of the field of play and will be framed to include all relevant action. The camera operator will assume that the shot is always "on-air" and will refrain from whip pans and sudden zooms, etc. This shot is ideal for use in conjunction with a telestator or similar or as a transitional shot in or out of a commercial break. At half-time, the feed will change to the beauty shot and remain for the period of half-time. As the players enter the field of play for the second half, the tactical feed will change through to the tactical camera shot. As players leave the ground after the match, the feed will again be changed to the beauty shot. This beauty shot will remain for 15mn after the final whistle.
